Union Coop’s ‘Human Resources and Emiratization’ department organized a recreational trip for 43 employees from various branches to the Arabian Peninsula Center and Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club

Retail Pioneer Union Coop’s Human Resources and Emiratization dept. recently organized a trip for 43 employees from different branches in Dubai, to Arabian Peninsula Center and the Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club.

This leisurely trip was a part of its cooperative endeavour to raise the job satisfaction index among its employees.

Mr Ahmed Bin Kenaid, Director of Human Resources and Emiratization, Union Coop said, “We’ve always been regular when it comes to organizing a variety of activities to improve the job satisfaction level among our employees. Apart from improving the existing employee happiness activities, we are introducing new initiatives to meet staff expectations at Union Coop.”

He further highlighted that the ‘Employee Happiness Unit’ at Union Coop works tirelessly to create an inspiring work environment, by organizing timely recreational tours for staffs/employees, implementation of health, sports and cultural initiatives, honouring the achievement of outstanding employees and offering promotions to employees from other companies on a regular basis.
