‘Retail Pioneer’ Union Coop’s Human Resources and Emiratization Department – Employee Happiness Unit organized a recreational trip for 39 employees from various branches to ‘Global Village’ in Dubai. The recreational trip was organized within Union Coop’s framework of improving job satisfaction index and happiness, which will be reflected ultimately in their work and services.

Commenting on the ‘employee Happiness’ initiatives, the Director of Human Resources and Emiratization, Mr. Ahmed Bin Kenaid, said – “The plan prepared by the ‘Employee Happiness Unit’ includes the inclusion of several new activities and initiatives this year, in addition to improvising the existing activities. We plan to increase the number of recreational activities to meet the aspirations of employees so that the positive benefits are reflected in the form of productivity and happiness, as the employee happiness unit aims to achieve a stimulating work environment by organizing various events and activities such as recreational tours, honoring ceremonies for distinguished and implementing health and cultural initiatives and organizing sports tournaments, in addition to providing promotional offers to employees on a regular basis.”
