The workshop targeted UAE National Employees (Non-Shareholders) to familiarize them with the benefits of joining the family of Union Coop shareholders.

Dubai, UAE:

Union Coop, the largest consumer cooperative in UAE through the Strategy, Innovation & Corporate Development Dept. in cooperation with the Department of Happiness and Marketing and the Department of Human Resources and Emiratization, held 9 educational workshops for non-shareholders UAE National employees of Union Coop, at Al Warqa City Mall – Dubai.

The workshops targeted 222 non-shareholder Emirati employees at Union Coop, to inform them of the benefits of joining the family of the Union Coop shareholders and the benefits that accrue to them in the event of their participation and purchase of Union Coop shares. The workshops emphasized that buying shares contributes to increasing job affiliation and directly affects productivity increase and raising the level of happiness, as well as benefiting from the advantages of being a shareholder in terms of annual financial returns and various shareholder happiness programs.

The workshops were well received by the attendees, and many inquiries and comments were raised, which both the Sr. Communication Section Manager and the head of Shares Unit from the Department of Happiness and Marketing clarified and urged them to register and join the membership directly to enjoy the benefits of being a shareholder.

It is worth noting that Union Coop previously held three workshops in the same regard, which were supervised by Dr. Suhail Al Bastaki, Director of Happiness and Marketing Department, in coordination with the aforementioned departments.
