4 IT Department Employees honored for 10 years of service

At Union Coop, Employee Happiness and Recognition form an integral part of the inner work sphere, which is why no achievement goes unrecognized. In a recent event, the retail pioneer’s Information Technology Dept. organized an honoring ceremony for 4 dedicated employees, each of who celebrated a career milestone of completing 10 years.

The ceremony was held in appreciation of their efforts to improve the Union Coop’s technical services and motivate them to continue working with dedication and sincerity, in line with Union Coop’s strategy and vision in retaining its human resources.

During the ceremony, the employees were honored by Mr. Aiman Othman, IT Director, and Mr. Mohammad Noohu Mohammad Ali, IT Deputy Director, in the presence of other employees of the department. The employees honored for their long service were: Mr. SYED ALI ABDUL MAJEED (10 Years), Mr. EDRISS GABER MOHAMMED ADEM ALI (10 Years), Mr. SANDEEP GOPALAN NAIR (10 Years),and  Mr. SANDEEP RAMDAS VALUNJ (10 Years).

Mr. Aiman Othman, IT Director expressed his thanks to all the honored employees of the Department for their effective role at work, their commitment to job duties, dedication and sincerity in serving Union Coop throughout the past years of their work, which exceeded ten years, stressing that the employees who are honored for their long service represent a role model for the new generation of Union Coop employees at various levels and motivate them to achieve more.

In turn, the honored employees thanked Union Coop for the beautiful gesture that brought joy and happiness to their hearts and motivated them to exert more effort and excel at work, to continue developing smart systems in Union Coop in cooperation with the rest of IT team, in order to make a qualitative leap in the online services to keep pace with modern technological development, which again will contribute to achieving the goals and vision of Union Coop.
