Under Union Coop’s initiative to honor employees for their long service, the Operations Division and Human Resources and Emiratization Dept. organized a ceremony honoring for 7 employees for their extended years of service. The employees were honored by Mr. Harib Mohammed Bin Thani, Director of Operations Division, and Mr. AHMAD BIN KENAID AL FALASI, Human Resources & Emiratization Director and in the presence of Mr. Ayoub Mohammed Abdulla Murad, Assistant Operation Manager.

During his speech during the honoring ceremony, Mr. Harib Mohammed bin Thani valued the employees’ sincerity and perseverance at work, and considered these two characteristics as the most important in the long-term success of the cooperative.

For his part, Mr. Ahmed bin Kenaid Al Falasi congratulated the employees on this achievement and thanked them for the efforts they exerted for the success of the cooperative.

The employees honored for their long service were: ALAKKAT MOHAMMED ASHIQUE, Showroom Manager for 30 years of service, ALIL RAHIMAN R., Showroom Supervisor for 30 years of service, Mr. RAIMARAKKARUVEETTIL ABU NOWSHADH, HR Systems & Planning Sec Manager/HRED for 25 years of service, IBBRAHIM KUTTY THARAYIL KOYAKUTTY, Sr. Showroom Supervisor for 25 years of service, MUHAMMED KASIM NAZEER, Invoice Reader for 25 years of service, UBAIDATH ABDUL RAHIM, Invoice Reader for 25 years of service, and ABDUL RAHIM LIYAKATH ALI, Bulk Salesman for 25 years of service.

The honored employees during the ceremony shared their experiences so far and how Union Coop helped them grow career-wise and why Union Coop is one of the best places to work. The employees stressed that ceremonies like this motivate them to go beyond their calibre and deliver the best performance.
