2,710 meals distributed in Staff accommodation and 200 lucky winners of AED 100 gift cards selected at headquarters

Union Coop – the largest Consumer Cooperative in the UAE through the Human Resources and Emiratization Dept. ‘Employee Happiness Unit’ organized a meal distribution ceremony in its staff accommodation wherein 2,710 meals were distributed. in a separate ceremony held at the headquarters, 200 lucky employees were selected through a ‘randomizer’ tool, who got AED 100 each as a gift card, the ceremonies were held in line with the spirit of Eid.

Mr. AHMAD SALEM BIN KENAID AL FALASI – Human Resources & Emiratization Department Director, Mr. Ayoub Mohammed – Asst. Operations Manager, Mr. Tariq Alserkal – Staff Accommodation Unit Head and other staff, graced the ceremony.

“The two initiatives – Meal distribution and Eid gift card, aim to share with the employees the joy of Eid by bringing happiness to their hearts and appreciating them for their role in the company. The culture of giving not only spreads positivity in hearts but also helps employees feel special.
