Union Coop – UAE’s largest Consumer Cooperative distributes 3200 gifts among employees to celebrate ‘World Happiness Day’. The gift distribution was organized by Human Resources and Emiratization department of Union Coop, accompanied by a leisure tour for 100 employees.
Emphasizing the coordination between happiness and productivity, Mr Ahmed Salem Bin Kenaid – Director of Human Resources and Emiratization said – “The element of Happiness helps in creating a work environment that is healthy, productive and encourages employees to give their 100 percent to whatever they do.”
“Initiatives like these are a part of management’s vision in terms of ‘employee happiness’, which over the years have helped all of us create a work environment driven by positivity.”
