The Employee Happiness Unit of the Human Resources and Emiratization Department at Union Coop organized 3 entertainment tours for Union Coop employees. This falls within the framework of the Unit’s 2018 plan for ensuring employees happiness which eventually raises professional satisfaction levels, as well as employees’ productivity and excellence.

The tours covered Dubai Museum, Al Boom Tourist Village, and Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood. The employees were introduced to the archeological landmarks and tourist facilities at these destinations. These tours seek to create a convenient and comfortable work environment for Union Coop employees to improve their performance, which will eventually be positively reflected on achieving customer happiness.
