Union Coop has one of the highest Emiratization rates when it comes to private sector enterprises in the country. Union Coop’s Department of Human Resources and Emiratization employed 356 Citizen Employees in the year 2017, which indicates 28 percent of the total recruitment plans of national human cadres with a total spend of AED 10, 817, 595. By end of year 2018, Union Coop looks forward to improve this figure and reach a total of 384 Emirati Employees.
