Majid Hamad Rahma Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Union Coop, and Saeed Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman and CEO of Meydan City Corporation signed a contract to purchase a plot of land to establish a mall at Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District 11. The contract has been signed at Meydan – Dubai.
The signing was attended by Khalid Humaid bin Diban Al Falasi, CEO of Union Coop, along with Eng. Madiya Al Marri, Director of Properties & Projects Division, and Mohammed Al Marri, Director of Business Development section at the Properties & Projects Division.

The mall will occupy an area of 206,000 square feet. It will consist of two floors containing a hypermarket, retail shops, and services outlets. With the world-class expertise of Union Coop in retail, this project will contribute to providing the best services to shoppers residing in the housing complex and Nad Al Sheba 1 and 2 areas and Wadi Al Safa (3).

Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District 11 is a residential project consisting of two main areas: the first contains 1,500 semi-separate four-room villas, and the second containing 700 four-room housing units in Meydan Villas area. Both areas boast a unique arrangement of natural scenery, green spaces, and serviced with educational and service facilities.
