Happiness & Marketing Department Organizes Interactive ‘Knowledge Transfer’ Workshop

Union Coop’s ‘Happiness and Marketing’ Department organized an interactive workshop entitled ‘Management of Social Networking sites’, which was presented by employees who attended ‘external training program’. The aim of the workshop cum interactive session was to transfer the acquired knowledge to their colleagues within the department, especially to those who are concerned with social networking sites. The session included knowledge on ways to work on social media platforms, apt way of dealing with the audience and staying updated as per the latest information and developments within the field.
The workshop was attended by Dr. Suhail Al Bastaki, Director of Happiness & Marketing Department, Mr. Shuaib Al Hammadi, Senior Marketing & Media Section Manager, Ms. Huda Salem Saif, Senior Communication Section Manager, Mr. Imad Rashid, Media Section Manager along with all the relevant departmental staff from Union Coop.
Highlighting the importance of such workshops, Dr. Suhail Al Bastaki said: “The workshop aims to transfer implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge to the concerned employees, and to supplement their knowledge with new and updated information regarding modern marketing methods as well as the importance of social networking sites in promoting enterprise trends and supporting the organization’s marketing plans.”
