As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance community awareness on health and public safety, Union Coop organized an awareness workshop in collaboration with the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) across several of its branches. The initiative aimed to educate shoppers and visitors on the importance of first aid and to encourage them to acquire essential life-saving skills for handling emergencies.

The event came within Union Coop’s broader commitment to supporting initiatives that promote the health and safety of the community. Through interactive workshops, visitors were introduced to the fundamentals of first aid, with a focus on strengthening response and readiness during emergencies.

The workshops provided hands-on training in vital techniques such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), bleeding control, and quick response methods in cases of choking and burns. This practical training empowered participants to provide effective initial assistance until professional medical teams arrive.
