Dubai-based retailer ‘Union Coop’ and ‘Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Med. Group’ jointly organized a two-day ‘Free Health Day’ event at Etihad Mall and Al Barsha Mall to spread health awareness among employees and shoppers.

The event included free medical check-ups for blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol levels, as well as measurements of Body Mass Index. A ‘General Practitioner’ and a ‘Nutritionist’ offered free medical consultations to help attendees monitor their health status and adopt necessary measures.

Union Coop on a timely basis organizes similar events as a part of its community initiatives, as it defines the cooperative’s commitment towards the society in which it operates. It’s imperative to note that exclusive discount vouchers were also distributed to the visitors, offering concessions on a range of medical services by Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital.
