Retail Pioneer ‘Union Coop’ organizes an adventure trip to IMG World for its female employees, as a part of its employee happiness initiative. IMG Worlds of Adventure is an indoor amusement park in the United Arab Emirates in Dubai.

This ‘full day’ trip comprised of more than 29 employees from different departments and designations.

Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Ahmed Bin Kenaid, Director of Human Resources and Emiratization said, “Union Coop is regular when it comes to organizing a variety of activities to improve the happiness level among the employees. Apart from improving the existing employee happiness initiatives, we are introducing new initiatives to meet staff expectations at Union Coop as well.”

He highlights that the ‘Employee Happiness Unit’ at HRED in Union Coop works diligently to create an inspiring work environment that is powered by happiness, by organizing timely recreational tours for staffs/employees, implementation of health, sports and cultural initiatives, honouring the achievement of outstanding employees
