Terms & Conditions for participating in the ‘Subscribe & Win’ Campaign in the Union Coop Promotions WhatsApp: –

1. All subscribers on the WhatsApp application to Union Coop Offers are eligible to enter the draw except for Union Coop employees and employees of specific departments.
2. In the event that you subscribe to the Union Coop’s account on WhatsApp application, the WhatsApp service of the Union Coop offers during the campaign period or before, your phone number that was used to subscribe will be entered to a monthly draw with the possibility of winning a prize of AED 10, 000 as a purchase card from Union Coop.
3. Campaign duration: Starting from 9 june 2022 to 10 june 2023
4. The draw will take place on a monthly basis during the campaign period (the second Monday of each month or the next working day in case of an official holiday during the campaign period.)
5. The winner will be notified by sending a WhatsApp message to the phone number registered in the WhatsApp Union Coop offers on the next day of the draw. Winners will receive the message from the number 8008889.
6. The winner must personally visit the Union Coop Headquarters, Happiness and Marketing Department, within a period of 7 days (& not more) from the date of receiving the winning notification.
7. The Winner(s) must prove that he received the message on WhatsApp to the employee of the Marketing Department and must bring the mobile phone that contains subscription to the Union Coop WhatsApp service (The offers for Union Coop) and valid identification Documents (Emirates ID) to receive the prize.
8. Only one prize can be won per mobile number during the campaign period.
9. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Participation in the raffle is an authorization for Union Coop to use the participant’s personal information that is provided, for publishing and marketing purposes, without any liability whatsoever attributable to Union Coop.
11. The winners will be announced on all social media channels with the photos of the winners or their representatives upon receiving the prize.

UNION COOP has the right to refuse to grant the prize in the event that the winner refuses his/her photograph or representative at the time of photographing/filming.

12. The decision of Union Coop in all matters related to this campaign is final, binding and non-negotiable in all cases.
13. In the event of suspected fraudulent transaction, Union Coop reserves the right to deny the prize to a winner
