Home delivery

Taking a step ahead in terms of pleasant consumer experience and happiness, Union Coop – the largest Consumer Cooperative in the UAE added options of supermarket delivery in Dubai. In terms of grocery delivery in Dubai, Union Coop accepts limited order for each delivery slots for orders made online. Apart from grocery home delivery in Dubai, Union Coop takes up to 4 working days for delivery for non-grocery items like perfumes, electronics and others.
While ordering online and to be eligible for home delivery, a consumer has to make minimum order which will be mentioned in the page.

 

Premium home delivery service from Union Coop allows consumers to enjoy quality products and services within the comfort of their homes. At present the grocery delivery is available for Dubai Residents, whereas electronics delivery services is limited only to Dubai, Sharjah and selected areas from Ajman. Consumers can be assured of the fact that Union Coop follows the highest international standards of public health & safety throughout the year to ensure the display and delivery of products safely and healthily.

Consumers can place their order using the Union Coop ‘Smart App’ or the ‘Web Store’ to be eligible for the home delivery services.

Consumers Please Note:

  • Express delivery is available to selected locations in Dubai and is delivered within 45 to 60 min.
  • Standard delivery will be shipped as per the delivery slot chosen by the customer.
  • Non grocery orders are delivered within 4 working days.
  • Customer avails free delivery for his first order
  • Free delivery on orders above 300 dhs
  • For orders including multiple shipments, delivery fees will apply on each shipment based on customer’s location
  • For orders including multiple shipments, if the basket value is 300 AED and above, customer will be charged for express delivery shipment only and the Normal delivery shipment will be free of charge
  • Delivery fees are applicable as outlined below:
    • A delivery fee of AED 8 will be applied to locations near Union Coop branches.
    • A delivery fee of AED12 will be applied for locations located far from Union Coop branches.
    • A delivery fee of AED16 will be charged for delivery to locations outside of Dubai.

  15. Hi, I would like to ask about Tamayaz card, how can I get it? Every time I ask about it in your stores I don’t get clear information,
    And when the delivery service will be available in Abu Dhabi please? Thanks in advance

      kindly note you can collect Tamayaz card from your nearest branch, note that currently the delivery only in Dubai.

  33. I have an order which was scheduled to be delivered today. I haven’t received the delivery. I have called customer service more than 10 times and there is no answer. WHERE IS MY ORDER? I need urgent feedback please help!

  37. I have ordered online delivery on 28th march was due to come yesterday 4th April. I have tired the 80008889 many times yesterday, it keeps saying agents are busy. (kept holding for 8 + minutes)

  42. I ordered through mobile app for delivery on 07/04/2020. I received SMS on 07/04/2020 mentioning that my orders are shipped but it is not delivered yet. And, i register a complain online and there is no response. I tried calling customer care but it is useless as it is busy always i end up with listening automated message.

  44. I had placed an order on 30/03/2020 from Union Coop. I have already made an online payment of Dhs 186.23. However, I have not yet received the items. Since 5 days the order status has been showing shipped, but I have not yet received the delivery. Please assist. I tried calling +971 4 2371057, but no one is picking the call. Please help.

  47. I selected the wrong delivery date for my online order. I need to change or cancel my order. How can I do that? I have been hold on call for the last 33 minutes!!

    Please contact me as soon as possible as I won’t be able to take the order at the date selected and since its cash at delivery it will be wasted.

  48. I AM UNABLE TO PLACE ORDER VIA APP.

    I select the slot for delivery and it says it’s not available.

    Until 24th April I checked, it’s still unavailable.

  54. I have ordered through your mobile app on 6th April 2020 for a value of AED 385.14 scheduled to be delivered on 13th April 2020. Till now I have not received the delivery. Called website no. 2371057 but no assistance. My order I’d 74998 and order No. 100071134. Kindly help.

  56. I made an order using the Union Coop mobile app on 11th April for a total amount of AED 215.00. I got a confirmation saying that the order will be delivered on April 24th but until now we did not receive anything. It has been almost two weeks! When I try to call the number given in the confirmation email, there is no answer. This is very inconvenient. The amount has already been deducted from my card. Please sort out this issue for us.

  57. hi. I have been calling the customer service from the past two days and no one is picking up the phone. there is recording going. I want to know when am i going to get my items? I paid for them in my online app. I received my items on 29th but I didn’t receive the 2 items yet. I mailed too but no response? what am I suppose to do? how can I get my items?
