To schedule, prepare, attend, and document Division Director‘s meetings, …etc.

To perform a myriad of administrative and clerical duties for the Division Director such as typing, and answering telephone calls, all incoming mail, and maintain manual and computerized update a comprehensive filing system.

To control visitors and work by means of prioritizing.

Maintain Division Director ‘s calendar by planning and scheduling meetings and appointments  remind of schedules.

Prepare, and collate agenda papers for various internal and external meetings.

Attend Division Director ‘s meetings, recording the minutes of meeting.

Type and mail Division Director‘s official correspondences.

Review incoming memos, reports and other documents to determine their importance and plan for their distribution.

Process all correspondence that enters in the office such as letters and faxes, by either forwarding it or replying when appropriate.

Prepares general communication, presentation and reports.

Maintain a directory for local and foreign addresses, telephone numbers, business journals, periodicals and other related documents.

Answer all incoming telephone calls to the office and either assist the caller or transfer to the appropriate person.

Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time gaining cooperation of others.

Take and convey messages and answers general queries in a pleasant and efficient manner.

Deal with Internal Sections & Administration Affairs Dept. for closing and updating LPOs status.

Ensure that confidential information is not revealed to anyone other than those specified to safeguard interests.
