- Complete Recruitment Process according to the approved recruitment plan.
- Responsible for the administration of the new hire onboarding process and data entry.
- Complete Onboarding Process according to the committee approval.
- Responsible for the administration of the new hire onboarding process and data entry. Leads operational improvement and enhancement efforts for onboarding and consistent human resources processes
- Verify vacancy with Systems and approval on documents before issuing offers.
- Maintain Tracker update to status
- Create Employee ID, update applicant details in the HR system and issue offer letter for all the selected candidates.
- Coordinate with the candidates for signing the offer letter, collecting the necessary document and keep a record of the documents pending.
- Update the offer status in the shared folder and follow up with candidates /agency on pending docs
- Conduct Reference Check for the required candidates
- Complete internal process after selection.
- Prepare and completion of all related employment formalities such as job offer, Employment contract.
- Coordinate with Government section on visa process.
- Schedule induction and prepare all related documents.
- Book flight for overseas
