Main Function:
Provide support, and policy guidance to Payroll Section Manager, Process Disciplinary Action Requests as per UNION COOP Policy,As well Handling issues related to discipline matters with regard regulations; Analyze and review investigation reports, Board of Inquiry reports and recommend appropriate action in disciplinary cases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handling Disciplinary Action Requests.
2. Identifies problems and issues to be addressed and initiates corrective actions.
3. Liaise/coordinate with Payroll Section Manager on disciplinary action to be taken relating to individual cases, when applicable.
4. Ensures follow-up actions As per Union coop policy and Procedure.
5. Process the Disciplinary Action Requests upon confirming Disciplinary related procedure to ensure the effective implementation of Disciplinary Procedure
6. Assist in the development of policies and guidelines related to conduct and discipline, particularly sexual exploitation and abuse.
7. Coordinate and liaise on conduct and discipline issues internally with Union coop Departments, and with External governmental representatives when applicable.
8. Communicate and follow up of legal enquiries and court cases with the concerned authorities as and when required
9. Assist activities within the section for other area/unit as guided by reporting head to ensure the smooth functioning of section activities.
10. Provide assistance to carryout Monthly Payroll Process efficiently and accurately to ensure timely completion of Payroll Process.

Job Requirements:

Education  University Degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in law


 Knowledge of UAE Law, advocacy principles and practices.
 Knowledge of Payroll policies
 Good command on Arabic and English


 Communication
 Analytical, investigative, and problem solving skills.
